🕒 Production & Processing Time

All Nailbea Studio sets are handmade to order by professional nail technicians. Each set takes approximately 1–2 working days to create with precision and care.

Once your set is complete, it is dispatched immediately, and delivery times are as follows:

  • UK: 1–3 working days after dispatch

  • International: 5–10 working days after dispatch (varies by destination)

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

💬 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or defective.

If you receive an item with a defect, please email us at [your email address] within 48 hours of receiving your order, including the following:

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence of the defect
